Bacon Wrapped Corn on the Cob

serves 6 as a side dish 

  • 6 corn on the cob, husked

  • salt and pepper

  • 1 pound The Store bacon (2 slices of bacon per ear)

  • 6 pieces of aluminum foil

Preheat grill to high. 

Season the corn with salt and pepper. Spiral wrap each ear of corn with 2 slices of bacon (keeping the bacon in a single layer). Cover each ear individually with aluminum foil, twisting the ends to seal. 

Grill the 6 corn packets on high for 15 minutes, turning the corn several times. Lower the heat to medium and grill for 30 minutes longer. Let cool for 5 minutes before opening foil.
